A Case to Solve in Florida
My cousin who happens to be a staff of a cargo ship unexpectedly faced an accident while on work. Since their ship carries chemical that they have to travel from one place to another, they have undergone safety trainings and precautionary measures. But accidents are just accidents. When their ship reached their destination and when they were carefully setting down the cargo full of chemicals, one of the containers suddenly glided down and spilled out pure chemical all over my cousin’s foot.
My cousin was immediately rushed to the hospital but the accident caused a severe condition for my cousin. When the news came to us, we tried to talk to the officials of the company where my cousin is working. We asked for financial assistance from the company but they refused to help my cousin. We talked to them once again after a week but the company kept on turning us down.
